Every vehicle the dispatcher assigns gets a fresh pull from RDW — Euro class, first-registration date, exemption certificates. Cached for 24 hours, refreshed before the next plan.

LEZ ruleset match
Live ruleset for all 5 cities — Amsterdam Centrum/Zuid/Oost, Rotterdam ZE, Utrecht binnenstad, Den Haag centrum, Eindhoven. Time-of-day windows, exemption codes, RVV exemptions.

Flag + re-route
Illegal assignments are blocked before the dispatcher confirms. Alternates suggested: swap vehicle, swap window, file for daily exemption. The €130 never prints.
